前两天安装了Windows XP Service Pack 3简体中文正式版[版本5.1（内部版本号2600.xpsp.080413-2111:Service Pack 3）]后，使用迅雷下载BT后就无法打开网页，估计是TCP/IP 连接数被改回了默认值10，Google了一下破解方法，发现可以使用EvID4226Patch.exe这个工具进行修改。
使用方法很简单，在命令行中输入文件名空格加上"/L=想要更改的连接数"敲个回车，根据屏幕上的提示选择一下"YES"和"NO"，最后重启一下。
例如，将连接数限制改为1000，输入的命令就是：
EvID4226Patch /L=1000
或者直接双击EvID4226Patch.exe，然后按提示操作即可，参见下面的正确全过程。
使用上述方法修改时,强烈建议退出所有下载软件后再试,如"迅雷、FlashGet、eMule、µTorrent等"，否则tcpip.sys文件被占用将无法通过上述方法进行修改操作。
典型提示为：C:\windows\system32\Drivers\TCPIP.SYS cannot be accessed.
